A.B. TECH EXPO PASTRY CENTRAL WORKSHOP:
AMPI AT THE CENTRE OF THE STAGE
Following the agreement with the Organizer, AMPI, the Italian Academy of Pastry Chefs, will co-ordinate the activities within the A.B. Tech Expo Pastry Central Workshop.
AMPI collects the best Italian pastry chefs, renowned for the high quality of their production and for professional and artistic skills particularly in realizing products of the Italian confectionery tradition.
The workshop will feature pastry chefs of world fame who, co-ordinated by Giovanni Pina – President of AMPI and member of Relais Desserts International, the association that collects the best 100 Pastry Chefs in the world - will dazzle the public with their creative lore and will disclose to trade visitors the more innovative techniques and recipes , and illustrate the great advantages that derive from the employ of new generation technology with top-rate ingredients and semi-finished products.
