Great interest by the visitors and satisfaction of the technical sponsors:
these were the great results of the the three workshops dedicated to
bakery, pastry and pizza that A.B. Tech Expo organized during HOST 2009 ,
the International Exhibition of the Hospitality Industry held in Milan last
October.
The initiative offered a “mouth-watering preview” of the 2010 event, that
will be held in fieramilano, from 23 through 27 October 2010, exactly one
year later.
An opportunity to promote the event and meet operatives, in particular
hoteliers, restaurateurs and catering providers, but, first of all, a
great opportunity for the A.B. Tech Expo exhibitors who have sponsorized the
event providing machines and ingredient for the workshops.
